plus Christmas & New Year's holidays

$600/week; $2000/month.

Off Season:
$250/2 night weekend
$350/3 night weekend
$500/week; $1500/month

Plus 9% VT room tax and $60 cleaning fee for weekly rentals

Weekly rentals are Saturday (check-in after 4PM) to Saturday (check-out before 10AM)

Weekend rentals are Friday (check-in after 4PM; check-out before 3PM)

Reservations held with one week's rental deposit (due within one week after booking).

The balance and the security deposit are due 60 days prior to arrival.
